There are so many ways that our way of life could be threatened that it is important to look at them all.

We have discussed many other threats, everything from the power grids failing to a zombie apocalypse but there is one that we have yet to look at really. One that we have yet to prepare for and that is a pandemic of catastrophic proportions.

While we never want to be alarmists simply for the sake of being alarmists, a pandemic threat is a lot more likely than any other kind of threat. We see it every day with international travel and airborne illnesses. So it is better to be prepared and never need something than to need something and never be prepared.
