I know that we all love our life-hacks. I am obsessed with learning how to do things smarter not harder. But there are some things that should just be left as they are and for very good reason.

One of these things is the defrosting of your windshield. I know, it's super annoying to walk out on a blistering cold morning to find that your car's windshield is covered in ice. I can almost hear the collective grunts and groans associated with such a task that more often than not happens on days when you are running late.
