While that would be nice,most forget about these big oil companies needing power to keep these cells cool.. If not cooled, it would start a chain reaction of explosions,after the first 45 minutes to an hour,throwing out a toxic gas into the air.. Got an old disco ball and a primestar dish? Line the inside with those mirrors and find its focus point when facing the sun. It will boil a cup of water in seconds and cook a hotdog in about 20 seconds. Turn it face down when done and use eye protection. Dont leave the curtains open with it facing the sun inside. It will set the house on fire.

General cooling and less solar activity including sunspot will effect our ability to transcommunicate, anything using radio or satellite will be blocked for briefs periods because of electrical interference.
