Completely insane. A nightmare for OSHA which I really don’t understand why there was not a 100,000 dollars fine at least.

Not only should OSHA hammer their asses good but the crane company should sue everyone of them for the time lost not being able to use their crane. Also the police, fire, & EMS depts should charge them for the man hours spent while baby sitting these dumbasses. Hit them in the pocket book!
