If there is one thing that annoys even the most experienced diy'er or handyman is getting in the middle of a project and finding out that a nut or bolt is stripped or frozen in place.  It seems that no matter what you do it's bound and determined not to move.

Many times I have found this when trying to piece together a new project from older projects or salvaging something that others feel is junk. It amazes me what people will throw away not knowing that it still has a million uses

That is if you can get the stupid screws loose.

So what I have done is compile a list of ways that you can release frozen nuts, bolts and screws without spending hours yelling at the rusted out machinery sitting before you.
