Well, one man in Wisconsin recently decided that laws just didn't apply to him, and so he caught way over the legal limit. Not only that, but he was then selling his illegally obtained loot for $5 a bag, which is against the law if you don't have a permit. This man is no stranger to trouble, however, and has already been cited seven times for overfishing. This could be the third time he loses his fishing license!
