Each pod is said to only cost 200.00 to make and was intended to be given to churches and other charitable organizations to help monitor and distribute.

Some of these pods come equipped with extras to make life a little simpler for those who are homeless. I often wonder how this pod would hold up under a strong storm or high winds but unfortunately that information is not something I have at the moment.
