  • The majority of us have experienced some type of fall in our lives. Our earliest memory of a fall may have occurred when we learned to ride a bike. We had to make a few mistakes before we got the hang of it.

    If you’re a wilderness junkie, then chances are you’ve tripped or fallen when hiking over treacherous and rocky terrain. Hopefully, it didn’t cause any major injuries, but not all of us are that lucky. While we can’t control gravity to prevent ourselves from hitting a surface, we can take measures to minimize the impact of the fall.
