  • There is something about the smell of a smoking brisket that just makes the mouth water. It doesn't even have to be brisket it can be any cut of meat that you so desire and as someone who attends and hosts many a BBQ, this is something that I have come to know and love.

    Recently I was looking for a way to smoke some meat as my current smoker decided to bite the big one just weeks before my next shindig.       I thought that some of those pallets are treated which makes them unsuitable for building things like this.
