Here’s How To Prep Your Children For An Emergency

  • As a prepper, you’re constantly thinking about the viability and longevity of your stockpile. The contents of that stockpile depend upon what disaster is most likely to happen, your location and who it needs to cater to. If you have children, you obviously have to take into account their needs when prepping. You can have as much food and supplies as possible, but when that SHTF event occurs, are your kids ready to respond? What if they aren’t with you when that event happens? Do you have a plan?

    These are all overwhelming questions we need to consider answering with our children as a part of our prepping routine. We want our kids to always remain safe, but it might be difficult to start a conversation with them about survival skills. You don’t want to scare them. At the same time, you want to ensure they know how to maximize their chances of survival just in case.
