2. Firestarter 

Newspaper is great for survival uses as well. Not only will it be pretty simple to find but it's also extremely flammable so it works well. Grab some steel wool, cardboard from a toilet paper roll and put the steel wool in the tp roll…then wrap in newspaper and there you go!
