For DIY'er, preppers, and homesteader's we need to always make sure that we have the right tools on hand. And for those tools and supplies that we don't have we need to know how to either make them or where to get them.

Thankfully we are good at both.

Cement is one of those things that honestly you will need more often than you realize and it's seriously inconvenient to keep running to the store every time you need something.  So how do you make cement? To be honest, I did not know, at least at first. But the question really got me thinking. Considering we rely on this seemingly abundant material, that is plays such a big role in our everyday lives, what if I had to actually make my own? Now by no means am I a fear monger, but in reality, what if things really took a turn for the worse, what if I needed cement. Whether it was for a simple construction fix, or a shelter, or….

So I set out to learn and now I’d like to share my findings with all you, all my fellow Do It Yourself friends.
