Have you ever lived with someone who likes it warmer in the house than you do? I lived with someone who no lie, liked to keep the house at 77 degrees even in the summer and the air conditioner was always our biggest argument.  Until I found this little DIY project!

I was able to gather up a few items that are needed from things I already had around the house. Even if I didn't have them around the house they are super inexpensive and can be picked up at any WalMart or Dollar Store for next to nothing.
