Rust is a killer. Seriously ask anyone who has had an epic tool set or wheelbarrow left out in the rain for days on end after letting a friend borrow them, I'm not bitter about it but seriously- rust is a killer.
Had I known these 6 simple and effective techniques back then well, I wouldn't have had to spend money on new tools. So here are some ways that you too can combat rust and save your tools, or your chains, bikes, fences etc. I have put them all nice and neatly on the next page so you too could know how to combat rust and save your tools.

Quickest easiest way is coke and then coat them with something
All my tools get a regular spray of wd40….and wiped off when im done with them…
