Sustainable Housing For a Fraction of What They Normally Cost

  • I am fascinated by the shape and how well this home blends into it's natural surroundings. The way it is built is as if it is one with the nature around it rather than sticking out from it.

While it seems like something out of a movie this is a very real and easily attainable home. The shape of the home can be varied depending on what you need and personal preference which is the beauty of building one yourself.

By adding in a greywater system you can even feed the water back to the trees and gardens around you this way you are getting the most out of everything that you have built! The biggest tip I think anyone could take away from this video is to plan out every aspect of the project. If the dome shape is not for you then try something a little more traditional. That is the best part of these homes is the versatility. You can still have all the luxury's that you are used to but in a more eco-friendly way.

What do you think? Would you ever consider living in a home such as this?
