
Dehydrated eggs is not something that you hear every day yet from the moment I heard about it I have wanted to try it. I mean seriously it does not sound that great but still, it could come in handy if there is a sudden food shortage. So after watching the video on the next page, I may consider taking back my embargo against dehydrated eggs.
In this video, we found a way to dehydrate real eggs, stick them in a processor, then store them in an economical mason jar.
So after the break, we will learn how to properly dehydrate eggs for long term storage.

Where can I get the tray that will hold the liquids? My dehydrator only has the trays with the grills.
