[Video] How To Use a Nut Wrench To Open a Lock

  • Unlocking things is one of the most common things that we do on a daily basis. It is one of those activities that we do no think about as it has become second nature for everyone over the age of 5.

But what happens if you do not have a key! Suddenly that thing that was once second nature has now trapped you inside, outside or kept you out of someplace that you need to be.

Now before you get all “stop telling thieves how to break into our homes” Keep in mind that locks only keep out honest people. If someone has ill intentions a lock will not stop them and protecting yourself from that danger is another article and subject all together…here's looking at you Second Amendment!

So back to our life-hack. So what do you do if you cannot get in or worse yet, someone is in trouble inside and you have no other way in?

Bolt Cutters? Sure if you happen to carry that around with you but let's get real, who actually does that? Those things are so big and bulky, its kind of hard to stash those in any bug out bag or back pocket.

What if I told you a simple nut wrench would do!

Seriously, keep reading and not only will we tell you how it works but we will SHOW you that it does in fact work. After all reading about something is one thing but seeing it in action is a whole new level of assurance!
