In my opinion, these are one of the best compact binoculars under $150 dollar available on the market. Between the benefit of being lightweight, but they have some features I didn't expect for a compact binocular, such as being waterproof, and their capability to be used in very strong light.  I ended up taking them out on a hike for birdwatching and was able to see a clear image of a  bird sitting on a branch even with the sun pointing down at a 30degree angle!
